If you have a problem with any item purchased from us, call us within the first 15 days of receipt and we will make every attempt to make you happy, either over the phone or via email. If you are still dissatisfied, we will either exchange your items or refund you the product's original purchase price (excluding shipping costs).** During the first 15 days be sure to hold on to all original packing material and paperwork, including warranty cards. If after contacting us it is determined that the product(s) must be shipped back: all items must be returned in their original packaging and received in "like new" condition to receive a full refund*, less shipping. Contact All About Portable DVD Players, a division of CFS, at 1-866-383-8646 within 15 days from receipt. All About Portable DVD Players will attempt to resolve any technical issues. If unresolved, a return authorization number (RA) will be assigned. No returns will be accepted without an RA number. 3. You must ship the product back (at your cost) to All About Portable DVD Players for a refund of the original sales price, including any sales taxes, if applicable. It is your responsibility to ship the product back in "like new" condition to All About Portable DVD Players. You MUST insure the freight for the full original purchase price. 4. Upon receiving the returned product and meeting this criteria, All About Portable DVD Players will refund you within 30 days. *15 Day return policy on used players is for exchange of like item only.
