It was suppossed to be delivered on a Saturday, but due to a mistake made by Fedex (not you) it wasnt delivered on time. I spoke with a member of your customer service department who was very helpful and took care of the problem with Fedex and got my Shipping cost refunded due to thier error. I ordered on a late Sunday evening requesting delivery no later than Wednesday for a trip on Thursday. I recieved a confirmation that the order shipped early Monday AM. Had my DVD player on Wed in time for my trip. I bought the Panasonic DVD-LV70 after having reviewed the data on their site and then going to Fry's Electronics and Best Buy stores to compare features and prices. These guys beat both those stores on price and I think the LV70 has the best features for the price and definatly the best battery life, sound and picture compared to others in it's class. I am extremly pleased, as is my wife and 2 1/2 year old who this kept entertained on a 6 hour cross oceanic flight , Twice!.

Just wanted to say thank you (albeit belated) for your service. All the items arrived safely a couple of weeks ago just before I started a business trip.

On the way back I was stranded in Heathrow when the ATC computer went down for 6 hours (along with about 5000 other people). It's always a bit scary ordering electronics via web with all the fly-by-nights. Well, All About Portable DVD Players was OUTSTANDING. I had my DVD, factory sealed and in perfect condition next day shipping(went for next day shipping). My CC Card has some security issues and the staff at the company emailed and called me. I returned calls and they are quick to answer their phones as well. I was actually SHOCKED to see how great this worked out. Their reviews of product accessories such as the floating DVD holder for cars definitely lives up to their description as well. They sell GREAT products. Bottom line: Better service, more knowledgeable, and with one day turn around and all the accessories I purchased… I rate them 100% on everything for my order!

Wonderful experience!! My order was placed on Friday, Dec. 21st for a portable DVD. I had placed my order late because another company had dropped the order at the last minute; even after they had told me it was shipped. I looked on the Internet and found "All About Portable DVD Players" and placed the order to be shipped "Next Day Air". It was for my 14 yr old son, and I was so afraid he wouldn't get it. They called the house on Christmas Eve (Monday) to let me know that UPS had it locally and it should be delivered. We Got It late that afternoon on Christmas Eve!!! There was one HAPPY 14 yr old (a happy Mother too).
